Ingredients:

  • 1 Pounds Beef (cut in to cube)

    • 1 Tablespoon Soya sauce (light)

      • 1 Teaspoon Soya sauce (dark)

        • 1 Teaspoon Curry powder

          • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli powder

            • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric

              • 1 Teaspoon Ground black peper

                • 1 Stick Cinamon

                  • 4 Curry leaves (to marinate)

                    • 5 Curry leaves (to saute)

                      • 3 Cardomom

                        • 1 Teaspoon Coriander seeds

                          • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar

                            • 1 Small Onion (cut in to pieces)

                              • 4 Clove Garlic (choped)

                                • 1 Small Tomatoe (choped)

                                  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Oil

Directions:

Step 1

Put the beef in to a bowl and add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, curry powder, termeric, ground black peper, 4 curry leaves, cardomom, coriander seeds, and chilli powder mix well to coat all the pieces evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate atleast for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Place a large pan on the stove and add the oil. When the oil gets hot, add the onion, garlc, cinamon stick, and saute till soft for 10 minutes, high heat.

Step 3

Then add the marinated meat and saute for a few minutes turning the pieces frequently to not let the spices burn for 15 minutes

Step 4

Add the choped tomato in to the curry and mix well all together. Reduce the heat to medium high and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

Add a bit of hot water if the pan dries up during this time and cook the beef until beef tender for 15 minutes.

Step 6

When the meat is cooked add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and stir well cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Add salt to taste and garnish with choped onion, coriander leaves and parsely leaves, mix well.

Step 8

Remove the pan from stove and transfer to the seving bowl.
